Social Media Content Manager Intern
An unpaid social media content manager intern assists in developing and implementing social media strategies, creating content, engaging with audiences, and analyzing social media performance, while gaining valuable experience in the field.
Platforms: Facebook (2 pages), TikTok, YouTube/Podcasts, and Instagram
Responsibilities
Content Creation and Management
Assist in brainstorming, creating, and scheduling content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Develop engaging captions, graphics, and short-form videos.
Curate and share relevant industry news and content.
Maintain and update content calendars.
Social Media Engagement
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions.
Respond to inquiries and engage with followers.
Participate in online discussions and community building.
Social Media Strategy and Analysis
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies.
Track social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, website traffic).
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Other Tasks:
Assist with event planning and promotion on social media.
Support the marketing team with various tasks.
Research and identify potential influencers.
Learn about industry best practices and emerging trends.
Taking photos and videos for content while following ALL HIPAA guidelines
Skills and Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms.
Basic understanding of social media marketing principles.
Ability to create engaging and shareable content.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
